We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team of Solar Sales Closers with proven experience in closing solar deals.
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Convert qualified residential and commercial leads into closed sales.
Client Consultation:
Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
Sales Presentation:
Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Deal Negotiation:
Negotiate contract terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Sales Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and installation processes.
Industry Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government incentives, and solar technology advancements to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in closing direct-to-customer sales, specifically within the solar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with potential customers. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and financing options. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
