Solar Sales Closer — Qualified Appointments Provided Spartan Solar - 3.5 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $250,000 a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We're looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals to join our growing solar team in Ohio. No door knocking. Warm, qualified appointments are booked directly on your schedule every day, so you can focus on meeting homeowners and closing deals. If you're coachable, driven, and ready to put your sales skills to work, we want to hear from you. What We Offer Daily scheduled appointments: Warm, qualified leads provided directly to your calendar.
No door knocking:
Focus your time on sales appointments.
Strong commission potential:
Average commission of $1,000-$2,000 per deal. Opportunity to close 10+ deals per month: Results depend on your performance and completed sales.
Coaching and support:
Develop your skills and improve your closing ability. What You'll Do Attend scheduled appointments with homeowners throughout your assigned Ohio territory. Learn each homeowner's energy needs and explain available solar options. Present proposals, answer questions, and confidently handle objections. Guide interested homeowners through the sales and enrollment process. Follow up with prospects and keep accurate appointment notes. Apply coaching and consistently work toward sales goals. Who We're Looking For Previous sales experience required. Coachable and willing to learn our sales process. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed. Strong communication, listening, and closing skills. Professional, dependable, and organized. Able to travel to scheduled homeowner appointments. Solar sales experience is a plus. Ready to Apply?
