Description Solar Project Developer Location:

Johnstown, PA

Pay Rate:

$57,500 per year

Schedule:
Day Shift:

Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm What will you be doing? Develop new business and customer relationships within the solar industry while supporting sales, estimating, marketing, and project development. Help identify new opportunities and generate production work for employees with disabilities. Develop relationships with solar customers, distributors, and industry contacts.

Schedule and conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and follow-ups.

Attend and support industry trade shows and events.

Identify new customers, products, markets, and business opportunities.

Support sales presentations, marketing materials, and customer communications.

Work with production and customers to develop or modify products.

Review solar project drawings using Bluebeam Revu for estimating.

Prepare estimates, worksheets, and project quotes.

Maintain customer records, trip reports, and assigned company equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned. What are the Job Requirements? Minimum of associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school in related field and one year of sales experience.

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering.

Strong professional customer service and presentation skills.

Solar knowledge is a plus

Clearances Required:

Drug screen, Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and FBI Fingerprints.

Must have valid Driver's License & valid Auto Insurance

This position will require copies of High School Diploma, College Degree and transcripts
