We've been serving the Las Vegas market for over 30 years , building a strong reputation with homeowners, pool builders, and service professionals throughout the valley. Pool owners don't buy solar pool heating to save a few bucks — they buy it so they can actually use their pool more. Solar pool heating delivers longer seasons and more swim days, plain and simple. Suntrek has been leading the way in Las Vegas for over 30 years. We're seeking a pool industry professional to step into an Outside Sales / Business Development role focused on both in-home sales and trade relationship development . What You'll Do Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners interested in solar pool heating Build and grow relationships with pool builders, pool service companies, and contractors Leverage your industry experience to become a trusted expert in solar pool heating Perform jobsite visits, service company outreach, and field-based relationship building Educate homeowners and trade partners on system benefits, installation, and service Present solutions in a practical, real-world way — from kitchen table presentations to tailgate talks Generate and manage your own pipeline, tracking activity in CRM (HubSpot) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Help expand Suntrek's footprint in the Las Vegas pool market What You Bring Background in the pool industry (service, construction, repair, or sales strongly preferred) Experience with in-home sales or strong customer-facing experience Existing relationships with pool builders or service companies is a major plus Strong communication skills — comfortable with both homeowners and industry professionals Self-motivated and organized — able to manage your own schedule and territory Ability to convert opportunities into sales and long-term relationships Basic CRM familiarity (or willingness to learn) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Why Join Suntrek Established presence in Las Vegas for over 30 years — you're not starting from scratch Focus on a clear, high-demand niche : solar pool heating Strong brand reputation and steady lead flow to support in-home sales opportunities Training and support from an experienced team Opportunity to build a high-income role combining in-home sales and industry relationships Work with a company that values relationships, quality, and long-term growth Who This Role Is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone in the pool industry — service tech, route manager, builder rep, or salesperson — who wants to step into a higher-earning role that combines in-home sales with industry relationship building , while staying connected to the field they know.
