This role involves generating leads, conducting consultations, educating customers on the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the purchasing and installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new customer leads (door-to-door, referrals, events, or inbound inquiries) Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer energy needs Present solar solutions, including cost savings and environmental benefits Prepare and deliver sales proposals and financing options Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project completion Maintain customer relationships and provide follow-up support Based out of Orange County, CA Base salary + 2% quarterly commission of total team sales. Opportunity also for commission on solar system projects (outside of parts sales) = 3% total project cost on signed contracts and/or 1% total project cost for referrals resulting in signed contracts. Based on qualified projects only. Solar bettery storage sales experience preferred Sales/ account management experience preferred Spanish is a plus Willingness to commute all over Southern California Ability to meet at least 1-3x per week in Irvine Flexible work from home options available.
