SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION
Full Job Description Raven Solar Services, established in 2017, and veteran owned & operated, is seeking to employ an effective advertising sales representative with solid working knowledge of home solar systems and/or at least 2 years of demonstrated success in sales and customer service who will promote our services to the widest number of people.Customer Acquisition:
- Experience in the solar industry is a must.
- Identifying customer needs and tailoring a solution.
For example:
- Critter guard protection
- Service contracts
- Panel upgrades
- Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to service and trade groups (ex: real estate/realtors) on the value of inspecting systems and keeping them in top condition.
- Presenting advertising solutions through both traditional and online media (ex: business cards, door hangers, social media, Google Reviews, Yelp)
- Researching competitor's advertising services, products, and prices.
- Provide customers with cost estimates of the products or services required.
- Managing follow up calls for service and completed jobs, addressing customer service issues and escalating concerns to management as appropriate.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Provide support to the field as needed

Organizational and Time Management Skills:
