Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text follow-ups to warm and cold leads Set appointments for solar and roofing consultations using HubSpot and AccuLynx Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Stay informed on service offerings, pricing, and market trends to confidently guide customer decisions Identify new sales opportunities and refer high-potential leads to management for closing support Work leads from inbound sources and team assignments across solar and roofing divisions Manage your pipeline daily through HubSpot and AccuLynx with updates and notes Build trust with customers and guide them through the sales journey from contact to close Crush individual and team sales targets with accountability and energy
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (construction, roofing, or solar preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
