Wind Construction Safety Professional - Central Illinois

Job description Overview Renew Safety Solutions is hiring one Wind Construction Safety Professional to support a utility-scale wind construction project in Central Illinois. This is a full-time onsite role with a rotation home, supporting field crews on an active multi-turbine build. Responsibilities Provide onsite construction safety oversight across active turbine work areas Conduct daily safety observations, inspections, and reporting Support JHAs, toolbox talks, and contractor safety coordination Monitor compliance with site and client safety requirements Identify hazards and follow up on corrective actions to closure Support incident prevention, documentation, and field communication Partner with project teams to maintain safe, productive daily operations Required Minimum 5 years of wind energy construction safety experience CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) OSHA 30 Strong knowledge of fall protection, LOTO, construction safety, and renewable energy site hazards Prior WTG construction or wind project experience Ability to work extended shifts and a rotational field schedule Schedule 7 days per week, 10-12 hour days Full-time onsite Rotation home approximately every 50 days Compensation & Travel Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience Per diem provided Project Length Estimated 6 months Renew Safety Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
