Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for canvassing, prospecting, and signing up new clients to go solar. Sales Representatives with strong closing experience and an active HIS License will receive company appointments and qualified leads from our marketing team. Leadership opportunities are also available, if experienced with running a sales team. If you are new to the solar industry, you will begin as a "Closer in Training" and will be supported by an experienced sales consultant to assist with your closes. Ongoing training is provided for both closers‑in‑training and experienced closers. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow‑up strategies. Conduct lead‑generation activities such as canvassing, referrals, networking, cold calling, etc., to identify potential clients and create sales opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring high client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving overall performance. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report progress. Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions. Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance sales skills. Qualifications Strong negotiation skills. Strong business development abilities. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent sales skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
