Mobile Solar Consulting offers full-service solar installation to South Florida and beyond. We service RV's and boats in the shop while offering consulting and sales to Do-It-Yourselfers worldwide. We are passionate about providing our customers with eco-friendly, reliable, and economical solutions for their energy needs.

Role Description :

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Technical Support & Sales Representative located in Stuart or Jacksonville, FL. Representative must have a reliable personal vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. The expectation is that, once trained, up to 50% of work can be completed from home if desired. Occasional travel may be required. Representative will be responsible for answering all types of customer questions over the phone and via email.

Examples include:

Assisting customers in understanding what they need to purchase Providing quotes for installation work (based on templated pricing) Creating wire diagrams (modifying an existing template) Remotely assisting customers with installation and troubleshooting Qualifications include: Experience installing and/or designing small-scale solar systems Experience owning and repairing an RV or boat Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues Excellent time management and organizational skills Professional and prompt communication skills both in person and remotely Strong attention to detail Ability to self-teach and work independently
