About the Role MVPower USA is expanding across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, and we're looking for disciplined, self-driven people to help homeowners lower their electric bills. Whether you're a fresh go-getter ready to learn or a seasoned solar pro tired of giving away your commission, there's a lane here for you. This is independent (1099), commission-based work for people who want to control their own destiny with minimal oversight — and who have the discipline to actually run with that freedom. We don't micromanage. We hand you the platform, the training, and the support, and we let you build. The harder you work, the more you make. It really is that simple. Two Ways In — Based on Where You're At Appointment Setter (great for fresh go-getters): find and qualify homeowners, collect a recent electric bill, and book the appointment. Earn on every deal that closes while you learn the business from the ground up. Solar Sales Consultant / Closer (for seasoned pros): run your own consultations, close your own deals on a top-tier platform, and keep what you earn. What We're Looking For Discipline and self-motivation — this is non-negotiable. Freedom only pays off for people who don't need a babysitter. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people. Reliable transportation and a smartphone or computer. Solar or sales experience is a plus — but driven beginners with the right attitude will be trained.
