Job Overview We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives . This is a commission-only, door-to-door residential sales position where you'll speak directly with homeowners, introduce them to solar and battery solutions, and schedule appointments with qualified customers. No prior solar or sales experience is required. We provide sales training, coaching, and the resources you need to learn the business. Duties Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods Speak directly with homeowners about solar and battery solutions Ask questions to understand their energy needs Educate homeowners on available solutions Identify qualified homeowners and schedule appointments Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer information Work toward daily and weekly activity goals Experience Strong communication and people skills Confident and comfortable speaking with strangers Positive, coachable attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable and willing to work outdoors Comfortable with door-to-door sales Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Join us as an Entry Level Solar Sales Representative and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming energy consumption!
