In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience. Your energetic approach will help maintain efficient inventory control, support merchandising efforts, and uphold store standards. Responsibilities Stock shelves, racks, and display cases with merchandise efficiently and accurately, following planograms and visual design guidelines Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts and monitoring stock levels Support merchandising initiatives by setting up promotional displays, remodeling sections, and ensuring branding consistency across the store Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas, including backroom storage and sales floors Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions related to product placement, pricing, and store layout Collaborate with team members on store management tasks such as stocking schedules, inventory control, and merchandising plans Support training and development efforts for new team members on store procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge Qualifications Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail or related fields preferred Strong understanding of merchandising principles including schematics and planograms Knowledge of retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, and store management practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate tasks efficiently Organizational skills necessary for inventory management, stock rotation, and time management Multilingual abilities are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, cleaning work areas, and moving merchandise safely Join our team to help create an inviting shopping experience while advancing your career in retail!
