What they do
A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description
- Communicate weekly reporting to buying team and clients, while communicating any issues or highlights to the sales leader.
- Supplier Center, Item Maintenance, New Item creation (Import, Domestic, Data Sync, Sam's IDM), Item 360 Supply Chain
- Lead time audits, supply chain optimization, OTIF QMS
- Quote entry, tagging, delivering samples to layout Category Line Reviews
- Active with data collection, analysis, layout of LR presentation, including market research, consumer insights, and Walmart form population via managers direction. Testing and Compliance
- CTL, Product testing, Packaging guidelines Vendor Profiles
- Factory ID setup, vendor agreements, ship point, 3PL, factory Audit, Brand ID's Additional Duties

- Minimal Travel
- as business requires, normal day is 8-5pm, however certain times of the year may require working late and or early.
- Product Handling
- Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs Probable Candidate Profile
- 2+ years working with Walmart
- Account Management/Replenishment/ and/or Analytics
- Supply Chain Knowledge with Direct Import, Collect, Prepaid, Domestic Supply, 3 Tier and/or DSV
- CPG Experience Preferred
- Strong sense of urgency
- Resource to the team
- Private Label Experience A Plus
- Retail Link, Scintilla Basic, Engine Reporting Tool Excel and Microsoft Office Guru. Sufficient familiarity with web-based tools Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to direct others to help reach a positive outcome as needed. Managing competing priorities effectively
- Power BI, Tableau and/or SQL skills are cool factors
- Vocal and engaging in discussions related to the business success
- Additional experience outside Walmart working with Amazon, Target, Home Depot, Menards, Kroger Etc.
Pay:
$80,000.00- $105,000.
