Responsibilities Stock shelves with merchandise accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are properly labeled and faced for optimal presentation Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates using inventory management systems and RF scanners Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments, verifying items against purchase orders, and organizing stock in designated areas Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse tools safely to move heavy or bulky items Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including cleaning shelves, packing stations, and workspaces to uphold safety standards Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves and displays to maximize sales potential Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items, answering questions, and offering product recommendations when needed Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and retail math principles to ensure accurate stock levels Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety procedures Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse team members and customers Excellent organizational skills to keep stock areas tidy and inventory records up-to-date Proven communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service Familiarity with grocery store operations including stocking produce, packaging items, shipping & receiving processes, merchandising, cashiering, and retail sales techniques Join our team today to become an essential part of a vibrant environment where your energy makes a difference!
