What You'll Do Prepare and present cheese, charcuterie, sandwiches, caviar, accoutrements, and specialty items for restaurant, retail, catering, and event orders. Create polished, guest-ready displays that reflect Wally's premium standards and attention to detail. Guide guests through cheese, charcuterie, and gourmet selections with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge. Prepare charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and to-go orders with consistency, care, and efficiency. Operate kitchen and retail equipment safely, including slicers, cheese cutters, and sandwich presses. Support daily station setup, prep, stocking, packaging, and closing procedures. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, product handling, and presentation. A genuine interest in cheese, gourmet foods, wine culture, and elevated guest experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests in a professional, approachable way. Comfort working in a fast-paced restaurant, retail, or culinary environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.
