As a Produce Clerk , you'll play a key role in maintaining vibrant displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting an excellent customer experience. From rotating stock to helping customers discover new produce, this is a hands-on role for someone who values quality, service, and teamwork.

Hourly Pay:

$16.90 - $24.00

Medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus great in-store discounts What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce and packaged fruits/vegetables Remove spoiled or damaged items and ensure all displays are fresh and appealing Water, trim, and merchandise produce and floral items as needed Help customers locate items and provide information about fruits, vegetables, and alternative diets Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries Set up and take down seasonal displays Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the department Coordinate returns or credits with suppliers when applicable Work with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations Perform other duties as assigned by the

Produce or Store Manager What You Bring Experience & Skills:

Previous customer service experience required Experience with produce is a plus Basic math and inventory handling skills Familiarity with natural foods, health-conscious diets, or organic produce preferred

Customer Focus & Abilities:

Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused Able to communicate product knowledge clearly and helpfully Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Physically able to perform stocking and lifting duties safely and efficiently Physical Requirements Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) Lift and carry boxes and crates up to 75 lbs.
