Hashi Market is Hiring! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grocery Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, checking product quality and expiration dates, and maintaining a clean and well-organized grocery department. Responsibilities Stock and replenish grocery products throughout the store Organize shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures Check expiration dates and remove expired or damaged products Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise Move products from the backroom to the sales floor as needed Keep shelves, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized Monitor inventory and notify management of low-stock or out-of-stock items Assist customers in locating products and answer basic product questions Help with price changes, signage, and product displays as needed Follow store safety, inventory, and operating procedures Perform other grocery department duties as assigned Qualifications Previous grocery or retail experience preferred, but not required Reliable, responsible, and able to work efficiently Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift, carry, push, and move boxes and merchandise Good attention to detail and product organization Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when scheduled
