Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Receive and process shipments of merchandise
• Perform inventory control tasks, including stock replenishment and product rotation
• Use retail math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide change to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to assist non-English speaking customers
• lift up to 25 pounds
• stand and walk for prolong period of times
• follow directions and be able to self start and follow a plan/task as direction is provided.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
