•18.50hr Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, issuing materials to production, receiving incoming shipments, and ensuring stockroom organization in a fast-paced aerospace environment. The ideal candidate has strong inventory control experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining strict quality and traceability standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming aerospace parts and materials Pull, kit, and issue materials to production based on work orders and schedules Perform inventory transactions using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure FIFO procedures and lot traceability are properly followed Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom operations Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory documentation Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement throughout the facility Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies Support production teams by delivering materials in a timely manner Follow aerospace quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
