As a key team member, you will help manage transactions, assist with marketing efforts, and ensure smooth communication between clients and agents. Duties Support licensed real estate agents by managing client communications and building strong rapport through personalized service. Assist with managing real estate transactions from offer negotiation to deal closing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends and local market conditions, providing valuable insights for clients and the team. Help develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings effectively. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed client records. Coordinate appointments, showings, open houses, and manage scheduling to optimize agent productivity. Support administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing presentations, and transaction documentation using Microsoft Office tools. Stay updated on sales technology adoption practices to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Experience Valid active real estate license required; previous experience in residential real estate transactions is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in sales negotiation and deal closing within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of the real estate market analysis process and industry trends. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems supported by the industry. Experience with managing real estate teams or supporting sales technology adoption is advantageous. Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships through effective communication and rapport building skills.
