Job Description
Product Flow Specialist Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Product Flow Specialist, where you will be the driving force behind efficient product movement within our warehouse. Your energetic approach and keen organizational skills will ensure seamless inventory flow, accurate stock management, and timely product distribution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced operation, utilizing your expertise in materials handling and warehouse procedures to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Whether managing stock levels, operating equipment, or supporting retail store needs, you'll be at the heart of our product lifecycle. Duties Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently Manage inventory control processes by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management systems, and ensuring accurate product tracking Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and coordinating delivery schedules Assist in stocking shelves and organizing storage areas to optimize space utilization and maintain a clean, safe work environment Handle produce and retail store products with care, ensuring proper packaging, merchandising, and presentation according to standards Perform routine maintenance on equipment and workspaces to uphold safety protocols and operational efficiency Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate product flow and resolve any logistical issues promptly Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse operation tools Strong inventory management skills with experience in stock control and order fulfillment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and merchandising tasks Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing Customer service orientation for supporting retail store operations and sales assistance Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, load & unload procedures, and materials handling equipment operation Experience with retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and produce handling is desirable Effective communication skills paired with organizational ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success! Pay:
