Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Checker/Clerk to join our grocery team. If you love food, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you! This role involves cashiering, stocking, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and assist customers with purchases. Answer customer questions about products, cooking techniques, and food pairings. Stock and organize shelves to ensure products are well-displayed and accessible. Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas and grocery aisles. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for food, cooking, and customer service. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform some light lifting (up to 30 lbs). A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person! Why Join Taylor's Market?

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
