As a Team Member - Store Operations at Foodhall, you'll help keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. From processing deliveries and organizing inventory to maintaining fully stocked shelves and clean workspaces, your role helps create the polished experience our customers expect. During a typical shift, you'll support different areas of store operations, including: Restocking shelves, refrigerators, freezers, and displays Organizing storage rooms, walk-ins, and backstock areas Receiving and processing deliveries Monitoring inventory freshness and expiration dates (FIFO) Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store Cleaning and maintaining equipment, including frozen yogurt machine This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in specialty grocery, café, and retail operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Restock shelves, refrigerators, freezers, beverage cases, and displays throughout the day Organize and maintain storage rooms, backstock, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers Receive deliveries, check invoices and products for accuracy, and properly store incoming inventory Process deliveries efficiently and communicate missing, damaged, or incorrect items to management Monitor product freshness, rotate inventory (FIFO), and carefully check expiration dates Help maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays Support inventory organization and daily operational flow between front and back of house Clean and maintain equipment, including frozen yogurt machines Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety throughout the store Assist with sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, trash removal, and general operational upkeep Occasionally assist customers and support checkout operations when needed Communicate low inventory, product quality concerns, or operational issues to management Support the overall customer experience by helping maintain a calm, polished, and well-run environment Step into other areas of the store as business needs arise What We're Looking For Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and organization Experience with receiving deliveries, stocking, inventory organization, or retail/store operations preferred Experience cleaning and maintaining frozen yogurt or soft-serve machines is a strong plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry boxes up and down stairs Organized and highly detail-oriented Reliable, dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and staying productive throughout shifts Comfortable working in refrigerators/freezers during parts of the shift Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written Authorization to work in the U.S. Weekend and evening availability required Why Join Foodhall?
