Stockroom Associate MountIQ Technologies San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time From $28 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Microsoft Excel Packing ERP systems Order shipping Shipping & receiving FIFO Ability to follow instructions Warehouse experience Materials handling Picking & packing Full Job Description About the Position MountIQ Technologies is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Stockroom Worker to support our printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and cable harness manufacturing operations. This position receives materials, maintains accurate inventory, and prepares component kits to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify part numbers, quantities, and packing slips against purchase orders. Label and store electronic components, wire, connectors, and other production materials in designated locations. Pull and prepare material kits using bills of materials (BOMs) and work orders. Issue materials to production and process unused material returns. Record receipts, transfers, and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system. Perform cycle counts and help investigate inventory discrepancies. Maintain lot identification and material traceability as required. Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD), moisture-sensitive material handling, and first-in, first-out procedures. Report shortages, damaged materials, and incorrect shipments promptly. Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe. Assist with packing and shipping as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail when checking part numbers and counting small components. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software. Basic math, counting, and organizational skills. Ability to follow written instructions and work effectively with production and purchasing teams. Dependable attendance and ability to manage daily priorities. Previous stockroom, warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Experience with electronic components, manufacturing kits, or Cetec ERP is a plus. Physical Requirements Work involves standing, walking, reaching, handling small components, and moving material containers.
