Stock Associate We're looking for a Stock Associate to support day-to-day inventory and stock coordination from our office. You'll help maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory information, coordinate requests, and work with different teams to make sure stock activity is properly tracked. The role would suit someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working with information, and interested in developing experience across retail and business operations. Day to Day Update stock and inventory records accurately Track incoming and outgoing stock information Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and stock documentation Assist with inventory checks and stock counts Follow up on outstanding stock requests and updates Coordinate stock information with internal teams Prepare basic inventory reports and updates Review records to identify missing or inaccurate information Support retail and operational teams with stock-related requests Organize digital and physical stock documentation Follow established procedures for recording and managing inventory information What's Important You'll need good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a reliable approach to your work. Accuracy is particularly important when updating stock information and maintaining inventory records. Previous retail, stock, inventory, customer service, administration, sales, or operations experience is useful, although training on our systems and processes will be provided. We're looking for someone who can follow established procedures, manage information accurately, communicate effectively with different teams, and stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
