We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker / Stocking Associate to join our warehouse operations team. Job Summary The Stocker / Stocking Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory within the warehouse. This role helps ensure products are accurately stored, easily accessible, and available for order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive and stock incoming inventory and products in designated locations. Organize shelves, racks, and storage areas to maintain an efficient warehouse layout. Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or discrepancies. Label and arrange inventory for easy identification and retrieval. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock replenishment activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or inconsistencies. Support order fulfillment teams by locating and supplying inventory as needed. Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, inventory control, retail, or fulfillment is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills are helpful.
