Responsibilities Stock shelves and organize merchandise using, pallet jacks, , and manual handling techniques to ensure products are readily available and well-presented. Assist customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and guiding them through store offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism. Manage inventory control through regular stock checks, or overstock situations. Operate warehouse equipment such as material handling equipment safely to load, unload, ship, and receive shipments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas to promote a safe shopping environment. Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays, packaging products for sale or shipment, and ensuring retail store standards are met. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse operations is highly preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. Hands-on experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual skills are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail will help you succeed in managing stock levels and maintaining accurate records. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counting, pricing adjustments, and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude will enable you to provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.
