Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory control Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise, including produce and grocery items, maintaining visual merchandising standards Conduct regular inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts (certification preferred) safely to load and unload heavy items efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of outgoing and incoming goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating products, answering questions, and supporting retail sales efforts Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and repeatedly throughout the shift Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse tools Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising standards Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counts and pricing adjustments Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed Join us as a Stock Associate where your energy, organizational talent, and dedication will make a real difference!
