GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
Primary duties include kitting work orders, issuing parts, setting up trollies, working the inventory window, and performing inventory transactions in the computer (MRP system). Essential Job Elements Pick, kit and issue parts to work orders. Both physically and in the MRP system. Must be able to stand at a work station all day. Physically set up SMT trollies. Must put correct parts on correct feeders. Audit others work for accuracy. Validate inventory for correct labels, identification, and quantities. Count parts physically, as well as using equipment. Move inventory both physically, as well as in the MRP system. Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Must be willing and able to work in multiple positions as needed. Maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy at all times. Provide a high level of customer service to all "customers" of the warehouse. Ability to work under high levels of stress, pressure and scrutiny. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education/Work Experience 1-2 years related experience required. High School Diploma, required. Experience performing transactions in an MRP system, required. Skills/Knowledge Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours: 3:45 pm to 2:15 am, Mon-Thurs Must be able to do simple math calculations. Experience using outlook or other e-mail platforms. Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required. Ability to work on highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily. Must be able to flex between multiple job functions. Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Must verify (audit) the work of others. Must be highly organized. Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately. Must have legible handwriting. Must be able to walk, crouch, reach and lift up to 20 lbs. Must pass
