Job Description
The Washington office seeks an associate for the Financial Markets practice with 3-6 years of law firm, government, or in-house experience working with financial institutions, financial markets or fintechs on enforcement and regulatory matters under the commodities, banking, or securities laws. The candidate will be expected to assume an appropriate level of responsibility, including legal research and analysis, preparing filings in enforcement, application, or regulatory matters before the CFTC, SEC, or the federal and state banking regulators, and assisting with fact gathering. In addition, the candidate must be enthusiastic about working in a team atmosphere and have strong academic credentials. The salary range for this role is $260,000 - $495,000.
