Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stocker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and retail environments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, stocking shelves, handling materials safely, and providing excellent customer service. Your energetic approach will help create an organized, efficient space that enhances the shopping experience and supports overall store operations. Duties Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized for easy customer access Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools to load and unload shipments safely Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems accurately Assist customers with product locations, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members on merchandising efforts, stocking schedules, and store maintenance tasks Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and store operations is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and inviting for all customers!
