Duties Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves or storage areas efficiently, ensuring products are accessible and well-presented for customers. Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory management systems to track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading trucks, preparing items for shipment or storage, and maintaining accurate shipping records. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to store standards, updating signage, and ensuring cleanliness of the stock area. Maintain warehouse safety standards through routine maintenance, cleaning, and organization of workspaces to prevent hazards. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations or availability in a friendly and professional manner. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless retail store operations and inventory accuracy. Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred; familiarity with inventory control systems is a plus. Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customer needs. Knowledge of retail math principles related to stock management and sales support. Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following proper manual handling practices. Demonstrated reliability with a focus on safety protocols and attention to detail in inventory management tasks.
