JOB SUMMARY A
Vendor Returns Lead oversees the vendor returns process, coordinating a team to ensure efficient handling of product returns to suppliers. They review return requests, inspect and approve items, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements. This role involves optimizing workflows, training staff, and maintaining accurate records to support inventory management and strong vendor partnerships.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Condensing all the products and boxes received Coordinate the creation of the tickets for the repair team. Prioritize the products and determine if has to be sent to repair or defective area Sending requests to pick up the products to the purchasing team, after the creation of a report Find products for the sales department. Coordinate the daily activities for the returns and repair team. Enter all the information into the NAV system. Must support and abide by the company's safety program and all safety initiatives, policies and procedures. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards. Perform additional duties and/or projects as requested by management.

High School Diploma required. Warehouse receiving management line experience 1 year required Skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Temperature of work area is affected by outside temperature. Involves standing/walking/bending/ stooping/ reaching primarily on a level surface throughout the day; may involve utilizing electric lifts to access or rotate inventory. Push and pulling pallets and lifting products is required. Physical strength to handle lifting up to 50-pound objects throughout the day. Requires normal eyesight; normal dexterity of hands and fingers.
