Job Summary:
The Floor Associate will also be responsible for welcoming customers, maintain inventory and hang clothes while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information. Assist customers with fitting rooms. Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Responsible for picking up clothes from the floor and rehanging them. Increase in-store sales. Superior product knowledge. Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers. Demonstrates a sense of urgency to efficiently perform their role. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers. Knowledgeable about the company's products and services, and customer-related policies.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma. Successful completion of on-the-job training.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing and moving around the sales floor. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. May need to work weekends and some holidays. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
