We take pride in our knowledgeable team, quality products, and commitment to customer service. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our award-winning Produce Team. The Produce Clerk/Stocker is responsible for receiving, inspecting, stocking, and organizing produce while maintaining freshness, quality, and availability for our customers. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to properly rotate product using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming produce shipments for quality and accuracy. Unload trucks and transport produce to appropriate storage areas. Organize coolers and storage areas while maintaining proper product rotation. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages. Stock shelves and displays while maintaining attractive product presentation. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and excellent customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in produce, grocery, stocking, or a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect product quality. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and crates. Forklift certification is a plus. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of produce varieties and storage requirements is a plus. Schedule Requirements Full-time position. Open availability preferred. Weekend availability is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities.
