Job description As a Produce Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for rotating and stocking produce on the sales floor. You will provide excellent care to neatly display product and excellent service to assist customers. This role is critical to the presence and revenue of the business and without, would not make Parkesdale Market a market. This role is requires availability of 3 days a week, one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday. Due to business need and shift coverage, more hours may be assigned but it is primarily planned to be 3 weekly shifts 8:00am 6pm.

Responsibilities:

Unloading produce boxes from delivery trucks Stocking produce on the sales floor according to planograms Removal of aging produce Focus on produce rotation according to FIFO (first in first out) Attention to detail Light housekeeping duties Brand appropriate customer service interactions Produce knowledge a plus

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift +50 pounds. Forklift certification preferred but not needed.

Shift availability:

Daily- 8:00am 6pm Weekend availability: Must be available

Saturday and or Sunday Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
