Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient unloading processes. Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with products, ensuring items are correctly labeled and organized for easy access. Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by preparing orders for dispatch, verifying shipment accuracy, and documenting inbound/outbound items. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse or retail space by performing routine cleaning, organizing work areas, and adhering to safe lifting practices. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date for customer assistance. Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stock movements, report issues, and improve overall warehouse or store operations. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately using inventory management systems. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Experience in retail store operations or warehouse environments is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or stock levels. Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude to assist shoppers or team members effectively. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, merchandising standards, and general warehouse maintenance practices.
