Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as a Center Associate, where you will help create a welcoming environment for customers. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our retail location, providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with needs including but not limited to Shipping, Printing, Packing, Passport photos, notarizing documents, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. Strong communication skills will drive sales, support merchandising efforts, and uphold the standards of our retail environment. This position offers opportunities to develop your retail skills while making a positive impact every day. The stores hours are Monday•
Friday :
8:00am•6:30pm
Saturday :
9:00am•2:30pm
Sunday :
10:00am•3:00pm Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with questions and concerns Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail Support merchandising by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services to meet customer needs Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stock replenishment and merchandising standards Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Manage inventory levels through stock checks and assist in inventory management processes Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and ensure a smooth store operation Assist in training new team members or supervising junior staff as needed Requirements Previous retail experience is preferred but not required Strong communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures Experience with cashiering, basic math skills for transactions, and retail math for inventory management Supervising experience is a plus, indicating leadership capabilities in a retail setting Ability to stand for extended periods, lift loads of 40+ lbs, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment Good at multitasking Join us as a Center Associate where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
