Tips Overview:

Little Caesars is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to lead a team while delivering outstanding customer service. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring team effectiveness, and upholding Little Caesars' high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Management:

Supervise store operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Lead by example and manage team members to meet performance standards.

Customer Service:

Serve customers and handle orders at the front counter with a positive and friendly attitude.

Cash Management:

Execute cash management duties including operating the POS system, completing shift reports, and handling cash transactions accurately.

Inventory Control:

Assist in managing inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss and ensure adequate stock levels.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized at all times. Adhere to safety and security standards and manage company assets effectively.

Team Leadership:

Motivate, and communicate quality standards to team members. Foster an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

Operational Flexibility:

Perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, including pizza preparation and delivery. Adapt to different tasks and support all team functions.

Requirements:

Work Authorization:

Authorized to work in the United States.

Age:

Must be at least 16 years old. (

Note:

Some tasks, such as operating certain equipment, may require individuals to be 18 years or older.)

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, reach and move items from various heights, and handle equipment safely.

Attributes:

Friendly, fun, hard-working, dependable, flexible, and respectful. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience:

Previous retail or customer experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Excellent customer service skills, ability to handle cash and use POS systems, and proficiency with phones, computer, and copiers.
