Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Maintains parts inventory for equipment and facility maintenance. Coordinate shipping and receiving maintenance tools and supplies. Order and acknowledge machine repair parts based on computer inventory levels. Stocks machine repair parts and maintain an orderly and clean stockroom. Enters inventory and maintenance work order data into computer system. Enters data into computerized Preventive Maintenance System and other programs. Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job. Keeps work areas neat and clean and performs normal housekeeping.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements. Receiving/stockroom/warehouse operations are a plus. Must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision. Good communication and people skills are required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
