Responsibilities Receive, unload, and stock merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Manage inventory control through proper documentation Maintain accurate stock levels and organize products on shelves or storage areas Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld within the establishment or retail space Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for optimal presentation Provide excellent customer service when interacting with store personnel or customers in retail environments Collaborate with team members to meet expectations Requirements Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock organization Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, shipping & receiving processes is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Good teamwork skills with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed; prior retail or grocery store experience is a bonus
