Support upselling initiatives by suggesting complementary items and promotions to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Conduct product demos to educate customers about new arrivals and innovative features. Supervise team members when needed, providing guidance on customer service standards and sales techniques. Manage inventory levels through stock checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment. Support the store's overall operations by adhering to safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and retail math accuracy. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for sportswear is a plus! Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math principles.
