A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) It is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements: + Maintain regular and predictable attendance. + Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs. + Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures. + Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution. + Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards. + Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store. + Use A+ Coaching to train, coach, and follow up with Team Members during assigned shifts. + Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. + Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. + Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery. + Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up. + Support
