A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

at Tractor Supply Company in Driggs, Idaho, United States Job Description TM Receiver Overall Job Summary The Receiver is primarily responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/ RTV , compliance, and reporting processes while maintaining partnership with the Store Operations Manager. The updated operating model narrows Receiver ownership away from front sidewalk/sidelot presentation and backroom/dock/assembly recovery, which are owned by Operations leadership.
