Job Summary:
As a Night Freight, you will play a vital role in restocking our shelves and ensuring the store is organized and ready for customers each morning. Your responsibilities will include unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness in the aisles. Join us in ensuring our customers have access to a wide selection of products and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience.
Examples of Duties:
Unload delivery trucks and transport merchandise to the sales floor. Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring items are neatly arranged and properly labeled. Rotate products to ensure older items are brought to the front for sale and newer items are placed in the back. Assist with inventory counts and restocking activities during off-peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the aisles, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restocking and organization of the store.
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of grocery products and categories. Understanding of stocking procedures and merchandising techniques. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to handling merchandise.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse, stocking, or similar role is preferred but not required. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
