A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide support to colleagues, coaching and mentoring team members. Oversee the execution of daily tasks and projects to ensure compliance with set guidelines. Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and provide solutions. Resolve problems that may arise within the team. Manage workload and assign tasks based on individual strengths and weaknesses. Will need to use your own vehicle to execute supply runs and deliver catering orders.Job Type:
