Duties Supervise and coordinate daily stock replenishment activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing products on shelves and in storage areas Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools to move products safely and efficiently Manage inventory control processes by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management systems, and ensuring accurate product placement Lead training sessions for team members on safe lifting practices, proper packaging techniques, and equipment operation to promote safety compliance Oversee shipping and receiving procedures to ensure timely processing of incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas to uphold safety standards and merchandising presentation Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge, assisting with retail sales, and addressing customer inquiries professionally Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail store environments with strong knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management Proficiency with RF scanners, forklift operation (certified preferred), pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills to lead teams, coordinate tasks, and interact with customers confidently Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of produce handling, packaging techniques, merchandising standards, and retail product knowledge Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols Basic math skills for inventory counts, order processing, and sales transactions Experience with shipping & receiving processes including load & unload procedures Demonstrated ability to maintain safety standards while performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse environment Join us as a Lead Grocery Stock Position where your energy drives our success!
