Job Description

Part-Time | Tues/Thurs/Sat 9am-2pm | Supporting the Northshore Food Bank We're looking for our next friendly, tech savvy, personable Donation Intake & Tracking Associate to keep our Resale Shop humming behind the scenes! If you can chat with donors, stay organized under pressure, and handle a tablet like a pro — we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Welcome donors with a smile and help them unload their donations. Log and track donations in our cloud-based system. Keep the intake area tidy, safe, and donation-ready. Assist with photographing and posting special finds online. Coordinate with the production and sales floor team to ensure items are processed efficiently.

Who You Are:

Friendly, dependable, and comfortable chatting with anyone. Organized and detail-oriented. Tech-comfortable (you can navigate apps or learn quickly). Able to lift, move, or sort items of various sizes safely. Prior experience in retail, resale, or donation-based work is a plus — but we'll train the right person!
