Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Stocker and be a vital part of creating an organized, inviting shopping environment! In this energetic role, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are properly displayed, and inventory is accurately managed. Your proactive approach will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while maintaining efficient store operations. Responsibilities Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are accessible and visually appealing Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in the system Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards Support inventory control processes through regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations and store layout Requirements Prior warehouse or retail store experience preferred, with knowledge of stocking and merchandising practices Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and product placement Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and managing stock levels effectively Familiarity with retail sales processes, grocery store operations, or shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous Commitment to safe lifting practices and maintaining a clean, organized workspace This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
